Sprinklers were installed to consistently water our flowers (May 2012)

Removed hedges, re-sodded the lawn, and updated the flowers in the front of the building (Summer 2012)
The Board voted to change the House Rules of the Condo and prohibit owners from renting units to smokers. Therefore, from this point forward, all leases must include a clause prohibiting smoking in order to be approved by the Board. (July 2012)
